ContourGlobal plc ("ContourGlobal" or the "Company")
Transaction in own shares
Following the announcement of a share buy-back programme made by ContourGlobal on 1 April 2020, the Company announces that, through Investec plc, it purchased ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company as follows:
Date of purchase: 29 October 2020
Number of Ordinary Shares purchased: 45,054
The average price paid per Ordinary Share was 192.8649 pence
The highest price paid was 194.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 191.40 pence per share.
This represents 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
The Ordinary Shares purchased will be held in treasury. Following the above transaction, the Company holds 7,792,840 Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 662,920,080 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
