Total Voting Rights

Remote Monitored Systems plc, the AIM quoted survey, inspection and monitoring company, announces that, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the Company has  824,806,790 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in issue as at today's date, none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is currently 824,806,790.

Following the issue and Admission of the ordinary shares as announced on 27 and 28 October 2020, the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights will be 896,627,261 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
