Extension to Closing Date of Share Purchase Plan
European Lithium Limited (ASX: EUR, FRA:
PF8, VSE: ELI, AQSE: EUR ) (the "Company")
is pleased to announce an extension to the original proposed closing date of the share purchase plan (SPP) as announced on 23 September 2020 and 6 October 2020.
The Company has decided to extend the SPP Closing Date to allow all eligible shareholders additional time to participate. The Company also reminds beneficial holders whose shares are held through a custodian and who wish to participate in the SPP to contact their custodian.
The new proposed closing date of the SPP is now Friday 20 November 2020 as outlined in the table below:
