Upper Thames Holdings Plc (AQSE:UPPT) announces that Aquis Stock Exchange granted the Company a one-month extension to publish the audited report and accounts for the period ending 31 March 2020 which were due to be released by 31 October 2020.
The extension is granted due to delays caused by COVID-19 preventing the availability of staff in certain jurisdictions to complete the audit. The Company has agreed to release these accounts on or before 30 November 2020.
