As at 30 October 2020, the Company's issued share capital consists of 421,884,335 ordinary shares of 40.7p each.
As at 30 October 2020, the Company holds 8,443 shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Pennon Group plc is 421,875,892 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Pennon Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
