essensys plc (AIM:ESYS), the leading global provider of mission critical software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms and on-demand cloud services to the flexible workspace industry, announces that it has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2020 together with the Notice of the 2020 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and an AGM Proxy Form to its shareholders.

The 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.30 am on Tuesday 24 November 2020 at the offices of essensys at Aldgate Tower, 7th Floor, 2 Leman Street, London, E1 8FA.

In light of the current measures put into place by the UK Government to combat Covid-19, the meeting will be held as a closed meeting and, regrettably, shareholders will not be able to attend the meeting in person. Any changes to this position will be announced via RNS and on the Group's website. Shareholders are advised to appoint the Chair of the Meeting as their proxy. Shareholders are asked not to appoint any other person (apart from the Chair of the Meeting) as their proxy, as they will not be able to attend the meeting in person and that vote may not be counted. The Company will make arrangements for a quorum to be present on the day.
