In conformity with the Transparency Directive the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 30th October 2020 the Company's issued share capital consists of 99,473,851 Ordinary 25 pence shares, carrying one vote each. The Company holds 21,768,991 shares in Treasury.
Therefore, as at 30th October 2020, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company is 77,704,860.
The above figure (77,704,860) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
