European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX & AIM: EMH, FSE: E861.F) ("European Metals" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Mr Dennis Wilkins to the position of Company Secretary, effective immediately. Mr Wilkins is the founder and principal of DWCorporate Pty Ltd, a corporate advisory firm servicing the natural resources industry. Mr Wilkins replaces Julia Beckett who has been the Company Secretary of European Metals since is incorporation. The Company would like to thank Julia for her many years of service.
