For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 25p each of Essentra plc in issue as at today was 302,590,708 with each share carrying the right to one vote.
There are 908,650 shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in Essentra plc is therefore 301,682,058.
