This follows an allotment of 7,314 shares during October 2020 in connection with the Corporation's Save As You Earn Plan. There are no other classes of share capital and none of the Corporation's issued shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Corporation is 118,441,100.
