Grant of Options - Sharesave (SAYE)
The Company announces that on 2 November 2020 the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company were granted share options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the terms of the 2017 Sharesave Scheme (the "Scheme"), at an exercise price per Ordinary Share of £1.02:

No consideration was paid for the grant of these options.
The options granted under the Scheme are, in normal circumstances, not exercisable until the completion of a 3 year savings period, which will end on 1 December 2023 and will then be exercisable for a period of 6 months. The exercise period will therefore be in normal circumstances, from 1 December 2023 until 31 May 2024.
