representing the 2nd draw for the Financing Contract no. 4/December 7, 2017 for the "Combined cycle CCTG power plant" - Iernut investment.
The amount was transferred as a result of approving the 2nd funding application, submitted, together with the substantiation documents, to the
Ministry of Economy, Energy and Business Environment
- NIP Committee, according to the schedule of the drawings.
Contract no. 4/December 7, 2017 was concluded following a grant award from the National Investment Plan (NIP), for a maximum value of RON 320.90 million, for the "Combined cycle CCTG power plant" investment.
S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. is included with the "Combined cycle CCTG power plant" investment in Annex 3 "National Investment Plan" of Government Decision no. 1096/2013, item 22.
