Following the appointment of Kevin Lygo as Managing Director of ITV's new Media and Entertainment division, ITV announces details of a one-off award made to him, on 5 November 2020. 

 

The award over 879,689 ITV shares under the ITV Deferred Share Award Plan (DSA) was calculated using the average share price on the 30-days preceding the award date of 73.45 p.  The award is over restricted shares and will release on 5 November 2023 conditional on continued employment with the ITV Group until that time and the individual remaining in good standing at that time.
