Barkby gets nod to delay filing of annual results by up to three months

Diversified business group Barkby said it had been granted an extension of up to three months to file its financial results for the year ended 30 September 2020.
As agreed with AIM Regulation, the company would publish its FY-2020 results by 31 March 2021.
