Adjournment of Annual General Meeting
On 2 October 2020 it was announced that
a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") had been posted to shareholders and that the AGM would be held at Mainstream Fund Services (IOM) Limited, Millennium House, 46 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JB on Friday 13 November 2020 at 11.00 a.m.
Given current lockdown restrictions due to Covid-19 the Board is proposing to adjourn the AGM by a week to allow sufficient time for the Company's shareholders to submit valid proxies for the meeting.
The adjourned AGM will be held
at Mainstream Fund Services (IOM) Limited,
Millennium House, 46 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JB at
11.00 a.m.
on Friday 20 November 2020.
