Debt Facility
The Board of Seneca Global Income & Growth Trust plc ("the Company") announces that the Company has renewed its £10 million revolving credit facility with The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited, London Branch for a further two years.
The facility bears interest at 1.05% over LIBOR and may be used for the acquisition of investments in accordance with the Company's investment policy and for the funding of share buy backs and dividend payments.
