Issue of Shares from Treasury
The Company announces that on 10 November 2020 it issued 65,000 Ordinary shares from treasury at a price of 801.80 pence per Ordinary share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
Following the issuance, there will be 39,782,817 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding the remaining 1,559,846 Ordinary shares held in treasury).
