Adjournment of AGM
InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of beauty, personal care and life science products,
announces that, as previously announced on 23 October 2020 (the "Previous Announcement"), the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company scheduled for today (11 November 2020) was opened and then immediately adjourned.
A further announcement will be made when the date and time of the adjourned AGM has been determined. It is anticipated that the AGM will be held in December 2020, at the same time as a new General Meeting as referenced in the Previous Announcement.
