Grant of SAYE Options and PDMR Dealings
Gateley, the legal and professional services group, announces that on 10 November 2020, it made a grant of options under its Save As You Earn ("SAYE") share scheme, which is available for all employees.
Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options over the Company's ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 102 pence, representing a 20% discount to the closing middle market price of the Ordinary Shares on 14 October 2020, the dealing day before the invitation to participate was made ("SAYE Options"). The SAYE Options have a contract start date of 6 November 2020 and are exercisable between 7 November 2023 and 6 May 2024.
A total of 332 employees elected to participate, and pursuant to these elections a total of 2,291,370 SAYE Options have been issued, equating to 1.9% of the current issued share capital. Victoria Walker, Tom Rush, Vikki Whittemore and Nick Capell, directors and/or PDMRs of the Company, have elected to subscribe for SAYE Options which are included in the total figures above and detailed further in the tables below.
