Further Re Business Update
Bluebird Merchant Ventures (EPIC: BMV), the Korean focused gold development group is pleased to provide a further update to the previous Business Update announced on 12 October 2020 with regards to the acquisition of Southern Gold's 50% interest in the Gubong and Kochang gold mines.
The Independent Expert has been appointed as previously announced. Whilst the Joint Venture Agreement stipulated that the determination had to be made within thirty days, the agreement didn

t allow for a period for the submission of various documentation. As the process is underway, both Company
'
s have agreed to the request of the Independent Expert to extend the period and to conclude the process during the early part of December. The Company will update the market in due course.
Prior to the conclusion of the acquisition process the Company expects to provide further positive updates from South Korea this month.
