In accordance with Article 19(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse (The Market Abuse Regulation), the Company announces that the following beneficial holding of ordinary shares was acquired on 12 November 2020 by Ms Helen Jones a person closely associated to Mr Richard Jones, a person discharging managerial responsibilities.
- 26,929 ordinary shares at 73.34p
Following this transaction, Ms Helen Jones is the beneficial holder of a total of 26,929 ordinary shares, representing 0.0049% of the Company’s issued share capital
