The Board is pleased to announce that the proposals for the voluntary liquidation of the Company (the "Proposals") were voted on and approved by the Company's shareholders at the General Meeting ("GM") held earlier today and that Patrick Brazzill and Richard Barker of Ernst & Young LLP have been appointed as joint liquidators.

The full text of the Proposals can be found in the Notice of GM contained in the Company's circular dated 16 October 2020 (the "Circular"). The Circular is available to download from the Company website (www.jpmbrazil.co.uk) and National Storage Mechanism ( https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism ). The results of the poll will be made available on the Company's website.

The listing and trading of the Company's ordinary shares were suspended at 7.30 a.m. on 16 November 2020.

Application has been made to the FCA for the cancellation of the listing of the Ordinary Shares on the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for cancellation of admission to trading of the Ordinary Shares on the Main Market at 8.00 a.m. on 17 November 2020.

Following the appointment of the joint liquidators, all further enquiries regarding the Company should be made to Ernst & Young LLP, contact details as below. It is currently expected that the Portfolio will be realised for cash no later than 25 November 2020. In this case, the joint liquidators would expect to distribute the cash proceeds of the liquidation of the Portfolio, less the costs of the Proposals and the amount attributable to the Liquidation Fund on or around 27 November 2020 to those Shareholders appearing on the Register as at the record date of 13 November 2020.
