The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 12 November 2020 at 2.01 pm under RNS No 1633F disclosing a non-discretionary sale of shares initiated by a third party on Mr Guerin's behalf.
The content of box 2 b) has been changed to note that this is an amendment. Box 4 b) has been amended to read 'sale of shares', box 4 d) reads '£22,252.91' and box 4 f) now reads 'XOFF'. All other details remain unchanged.
