NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 16 November 2020 the Issuer redeemed in full the Series 3 Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Leeds Building Society €7billion Global Covered Bond Programme.

Following the full and final redemption of the Series 3 Covered Bonds the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 3 Covered Bonds on the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Series 3 Covered Bonds with effect on 16 December 2020 (being more than 20 business days after today's date).
