Appointment of Director
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Emma Davies as a non-executive Director of Baillie Gifford European Growth Trust plc, effective as of 1 January 2021.
Emma is an experienced investment professional who has experience investing across global equity markets, as well as in the property and private equity markets in the UK, most recently as a Partner at Marylebone Partners, a leading wealth management boutique. She brings with her a sophisticated understanding of ESG considerations, particularly with regard to social and governance concerns, and is also currently a non-executive Director and Chair of Audit Committee of Riverstone Credit Opportunities Income Plc.
There is no other information required to be disclosed under section 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules in respect of Emma.
