("Wey Education" or the "Company")
Director/PDMR - Issue of Share options
Wey Education (AIM: WEY), the educational services group, announces that on 17 November 2020 the company granted options over 250,000 ordinary shares in the company under the company's EMI share option scheme ("Options") to Dr Sara de Freitas, Director of Education. The Company has also granted 250,000 Options to Ms Esther Clark, Director of Marketing (Designate).
Both grants of Options have an option exercise price of 23.9 pence each, representing the average of the closing middle market share price for the five business days prior to issue. The options are subject to individual performance criteria and
save in the event of a change of control of the Company, cannot be exercised before 17 November 2023.
The Company intends to appoint Ms Clark as a Director of the Company and proposes her appointment upon the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
