Issue of Share Options/PDMR dealings
On 18 September 2020, the Company announced that it has adopted a group share option scheme under which Company employees are eligible for awards. The share option scheme includes an EMI scheme for UK employees and a Share Option Scheme for Irish employees and a UK Unapproved Scheme, all subject to performance criteria.
The Company has today granted share options over a further 4,806,070 ordinary shares of £0.001 per share under the above schemes.
