Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 20 November Richard Briere Chief Financial Officer, bought 10,608 shares at a price of 44 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Briere's holding in the Company has increased to 100,000 shares which represents 0.77% of the Company's issued share capital.
