Final Results and Notice of AGM

Wey Education, the online educational services group, announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 August 2020 and Notice of AGM are now available on the Company's website at  https://www.weyeducation.com/investors/reports-documents/  

The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at Unit 4, Lewis Parry House, Elvicta Estates, Crickhowell, NP8 1DF at 3:00 p.m. on 18 December 2020. Please note that arrangements for the AGM this year are different from those of previous years.

In light of the continued prevalence of Covid-19 and the potential for continued restrictions on travel, the company will hold its AGM  "behind closed doors" and shareholders must not attend the AGM in person.   For this reason, shareholders are strongly encouraged to appoint the Chairman of the meeting to act as their proxy and to provide voting instructions in advance of the AGM.

The meeting will be broadcast via Zoom and details are contained within the notice of the AGM.  

The Board recognises that the Annual General Meeting is a valuable opportunity for the Board to engage with shareholders. Shareholders are therefore encouraged to vote via proxy as detailed below and to submit questions to the Board in advance of the meeting via email to info@wedu.co.uk by 3:00 p.m. on 16 December 2020.
