Notice of AGM
Falanx Group Limited (AIM: FLX), the global cyber security and intelligence services provider,
is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held as a closed meeting as a result of the current Covid-19 restrictions at 9 a.m on Thursday 17th December 2020.
As a consequence of the current measures implemented by the UK Government, shareholders will not be permitted to attend the AGM but are strongly encouraged to submit their votes by proxy as soon as possible. Voting at the AGM will be carried out by way of poll so that votes cast in advance, and the votes of all shareholders appointing the Chairman of the AGM as their proxy, can be taken into account.
A notice of AGM has been posted to those shareholders who have requested hard copies and electronic copies will shortly be available to download on the Company's website at www.falanx.com/falanx-group-investor-information in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
