Interim Results Reporting Extension
Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group, announces that it will release its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 September 2020 no later than 31 January 2021. This date is in line with COVID-19 guidance provided by AIM Regulation (dated 9 June 2020), which allows the Company to be granted an extension of one month for the reporting of its interim financial results.
