NOTICE OF CREDITORS AND CONTRIBUTORIES' MEETING
TAKE NOTICE that the first meeting of the Company's creditors and contributories will be held on Thursday 17 December 2020 at 9:00am (Cayman Islands time) by teleconference. The primary purpose of the meeting is to propose the establishment of a liquidation committee and brief creditors and contributories on the liquidation and next steps. Any creditor or contributory intending to participate in the meeting must send written notice of their intention to do so to the contact for enquiries below by no later than 5.00pm (Cayman Islands time) on 15 December 2020.
