Suspension of listing
Further to the announcement on 12 November 2020, regarding the publication of the circular in relation to the voluntary liquidation of the Company and pursuant to Listing Rules 5.1 and 5.3, the board of the Company announces that trading in HAST's Shares on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities and the listing of the Company's Shares on the Official List have each been suspended from 7:30 am (London time) today.
