Appointment of Joint Fund Manager
The Company announces that Mr George Barrow has been appointed as Joint Fund Manager with Mr Nick Brind and Mr John Yakas with effect from 1 December 2020.
The Chairman commented:
"The Board already knows George well as he has been an integral part of the Financials Team at Polar Capital since 2010. He started as a Financials Investment Analyst and thereafter was promoted to Joint Fund Manager on the Financial Opportunities Fund in 2017.
George has a particular focus on European financials although is involved in all areas of the sector
. We are very pleased to have George now working more formally on the portfolio of the Company with Nick and John."
