The Board of the Company announces that on 30 November 2020 it made a market purchase of 40,000 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company for cancellation. This represents 0.10% of the current issued Ordinary share capital. The shares were purchased at a price of 377.775 pence per Ordinary share.
Following this purchase, the Company's issued share capital comprises 39,410,474 Ordinary shares, of which nil are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company will be 39,410,474 Ordinary shares.
