As at 30 November 2020, the Company had 202,775,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in issue.
Of these, 79,724,900 Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.
Each Ordinary Share in issue carries one vote while Ordinary Shares held in Treasury have no voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 123,050,100.
The above figure of 123,050,100 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
