As at 30 November 2020 the issued capital of the Company comprised 5,841,701,937 ordinary shares of 614/81 pence ('Shares'). All of the issued Shares carry voting rights of one vote per share.
The figure of 5,841,701,937 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
