Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma" or the "Company") has been informed that Andrew Stone, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 28,850 shares in the Company as follows:
2,500 shares at 1620.34p on 27 November 2020, and
26,350 shares at 1620.419p on 30 November 2020.
Also he gifted 40,000 shares in the Company into the AJ Stone & Family Charitable Trust (of which he is a trustee but not a beneficiary) on 11 November 2020.
He has a resultant holding of 531,751 shares, representing 0.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
