Update on Placing

Further to its announcement on 19 November 2020 relating, inter alia, to splitting its placing for new ordinary shares to raise gross proceeds of £11.5 million, into two tranches, AAA announces that the Company and the placing agent to the Placing, Oberon Capital, have agreed that Second Admission of 81,250,000 Second Tranche Shares to trading on AIM is to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 3 December 2020. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for Second Admission to occur on 3 December 2020.

Further to the announcement of 19 November 2020, the Board confirms that the brokers participating in the Placing are in funds.

Further announcements will be made in relation to the above matters in due course.
