Savings Related Share Option Scheme
Mark Johnstone (Group Chief Executive) exercised an option on 1 December 2020 to acquire 3,719 ordinary shares under a three year savings contract in accordance with the terms of the Company's 2017 Savings Related Share Option Scheme for an option price of 242 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Johnstone's total beneficial holding, including those of his connected persons, is 371,823 shares.
