Biomarker developer Oxford BioDynamics said chairman Peter Pack had stood down for personal reasons, having moved back to Germany.
Pack had been replaced by Matthew Wakefield, who had set up the broking partnership Baden Hill in 2011 and also worked at Legal and General, Nomura and Collins Stewart Hawkpoint.
