Johnson Matthey appoints Stephen Oxley as CFO

Chemicals company Johnson Matthey said it had appointed Stephen Oxley as chief financial officer starting 1 April.
On the same date, Karen Hayzen-Smith would step down as interim CFO and continue in her role as financial controller, the company said.
Oxley joined the company from KPMG, where he was a partner.
