Advertising group S4 Capital said it had acquired German agency Staud Studios, for an undisclosed sum.
Staud Studios was a high-end creative production studio specialising in the automotive industry.
It was merging with S4 Capital's MediaMonks unit, formalising MediaMonks' presence in Germany.
