K3 sells Starcom Technologies to Node4 for £14.7m

Software company K3 said it had sold its managed services unit Starcom Technologies for £14.7 million to Node4, a UK-based infrastructure and services.

The transaction generated a significant profit on disposal, in excess of £10 million, and would reduce debt.

At 30 November 2020, net debt stood at £2.3 million, down from £2.4 million.

Results for the year end 30 November 2020 will be released on the 30 March 2021.
