Volga Gas to delist from AIM in April following GEM Capital acquisition

Russia-focused Volga Gas said its shares would be delisted from AIM on 8 April following its acquisition by GEM Capital.
GEM had now acquired, or agreed to acquire, Volga Gas share representing in excess of 75% of the voting rights of the company.
