Breedon's Rob Wood to take up CEO role on 1 April

Construction materials group Breedon said Rob Wood would be appointed as chief executive officer on 1 April 2021.
The company announced on 6 October 2020, that Rob Wood, finance director, would succeed Pat Ward as CEO.
James Brotherton, who joined Breedon as chief financial officer designate on 1 January 2021, would succeed Rob Wood as CFO on 1 April 2021.
