Urban Logistics REIT secures £48m loan facility from Aviva Investors

Logistics property investor Urban Logistics REIT said it had entered into a £48 million loan facility with Aviva Investors.
This loan was in addition to a £151 million facility with Barclays, Santander and Lloyds secured in August 2020.
The new facility provided a seven-year term and came at a fixed cost of 2.34%.
