Hurricane Energy PLC - Surrey, England-based oil producer - Crystal Amber Fund Ltd requests the appointment of Juan Morera to Hurricane's board. Due diligence is ongoing, but it is expected that Morera will be appointed once due diligence is completed.
In connection with the appointment, Interim Chair John Wright will step down from his role but remain as non-executive director, to be replaced as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director Philip Wolfe. Both changes will take place with immediate effect.
