LXi REIT PLC - London-based real estate investment trust - Increases target size of equity raise to GBP250 million from the GBP125 million announced last month. LXi REIT says the decision was based on a strong level of support from shareholders, with demand already in excess of the higher target, and on a pipeline of investment opportunities that now exceeds GBP350 million. The offer price of the raise announced on January 18 is 142 pence per share, which was a 2.9% premium to estimated net asset value on December 31 of 139.5p.
