DP Eurasia NV - master franchisee of Domino's Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia - Non-executive directors Shyam Bhartia, Hari Bhartia and Pratik Pota together buy 547,783 shares via Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands BV at 81 pence, worth GBP443,704. Most of the shares were bought on Tuesday last week, with the rest purchased from Wednesday last week to Monday this week. Jubilant is now interested in about 60 million shares, about a 41% stake.
